Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction for the spectrophotometric determination of Fe3+ with a water soluble Cu(II) phthalocyanine compound

DLLME, which is a method that minimizes organic solvent consumption and waste generation, frequently used for trace analyte determination. In the present work, simple, selective sentsitive spectrophotometric based on dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction was reported. The procedure formation of 1:1 complex between Fe3+ water-soluble Cu(II) phthalocyanine then extraction this into dichloromethane by effect acetone. experimental parameters effecting DLLME such as amount extractive disperser solvents, pH, salt concentration, concentration centrifuging time rate were optimized. linear range 0.4-70.0 ngmL-1 with good correlation coefficient (R2) 0.9912. limits detection (LOD) quantification (LOQ) 0.47 1.86 ngmL-1. relative standart deviation (RSD, %) 40 in sample solution (n=11) 1.4% enrichment factor calculated 240.
